Cheap and juicy! You have to try this legendary beef bowl if you go to Japan. It consists of rice topped with sauteed sliced beef and onions boiled in a sweet and tangy mixture of soy sauce and sugar.

Shabushabu
This thin sliced meat is super tender!! It will melt in your mouth. Shabu-shabu means "swish-swish," referring to the swishing action when you cook beef in hot water.
