When I came to Idaho in summer 1999,
I enrolled in American Language and Culture Program
called ALCP. This program is designed for international
students to prepare their English before the University
starts. ALCP was very great program for me. My English
got much much better, and I could make many international
friends.

Friends
I could get many friends from different countries.
I could not have that kind of friend if I were
in Japan. I still keep in touch many of them.

Classes
There are 6 levels in this program. You have to
take English placement test before you get in
the program. I started from Level 3.

Workshop
To understand American culture, we had many cultural
exchange workshop. Hiking, golf, watching baseball,
camping..It was really fun!!

Great
Instructors!
My instructors were great. They are very kind
and patient. Even if I was in trouble, they encouraged
me a lot. Thanks for all instructors in ALCP!
